-- URGENT NOTICE
TO ALL VISITORS--
Infowar
Guide is moving to the new ISP.
New address will be www.futurewar.net
.
The site will get a new look and content during Sept-Aug
2002!!
My original plans to
release the new web site on July was delayed because
of trip to USA, Canada and Iceland (3.-30.8.) and to
Russia and Norway (5.-11.9.). I am sorry for inconvenience.
I am working with the new site all the time.
Links to cgi- and other
scripts don't work at the moment and they won't be updated
any longer.
IF YOU WANT TO GET
NOTIFIED WHEN THE NEW WEB SITE HAS BEEN PUBLISHED, PLEASE,
SIGN UP FOR THE NOTIFICATION LIST!
You will receive ONLY
ONE MESSAGE from this list after successful registration.
The database will be destroyed when the notice message
of the new web site has been sent.
Your email address will not be given or sold to third
parties!

I'm currently
writing my master thesis in International Relations at the Department
of Political Science and International Relations in the University of
Tampere, Finland. My thesis deals with such questions as military technology,
information revolution, strategy, information warfare, security, defence,
deterrence, doctrine etc.
Since I begun with graduate studies, I've
been collecting material related to subjects mentioned above. That is
also why I built up this site. I hope this site would be of use to someone.
It is also possible to add your own or other missing links to this index.
My goal is to graduate by the May 1999.
This means that I have to take my place, not as a soc.sc. student, but
as a M.Soc.Sc. Information about job opportunities are more than welcome.
Feel free to email me, I try to do my
best to keep my mailbox up to date.
Welcome to my IW-pages,
Marko Kulmala
